Buyer Fully Understands That Due To Strict U.S. Federal And State Safety Crash Guidelines, Amerihood Is Not Responsible Or Liable For Any Damages Or Possible Injuries Incurred Upon Possible Accidents Due To Driver Error, Incorrect Installations, Bad Judgment, Or Act Of Nature. All Products Are Intended For Off-Highway/Show Use Only. The Buyer Assumes All Responsibilities For Determining The Suitability Of The Products.
All Parts Purchased By The Customer Must Be Post Cured And Pre-Fitted To The Vehicle To Be Inspected Before Painting, Such Paint Work Is The Sole Responsibility Of The Customer And Person Painting The Part.
Amerihood Warrants To The Original Purchaser That Our Products Will Be Free From Defects In Materials And Workmanship For A Period Of (90) Days From The Date Of Purchase. Please Keep The Original Packaging For At Least (90) Days. All Warranty Claims Must Be Shipped Back To Amerihood Prepaid With Proof Of Purchase And A Description Of The Defect.
This Warranty Does Not Include Painting And Shipping. Amerihood Does Not Take Responsibility Over Buyer installation, Modification Or Adjustment. Amerihood Does Not Warrant For Product Damage Caused By Abuse, Misuse, Shipping, Accident, Normal Wear, Dirt, Contaminants Or Corrosion. Minor Scuffs Or Non-Consequential Surface Blemishes May Be Present As A Result Of The Post-Curing, Manufacturing, Shipping And Handling Process Cannot Be Considered As Defective.
Notify Amerihood's Sales Department Immediately When You File A Warranty Claim. Do Not Return Any Merchandise To Amerihood Without Prior Authorization; Non-Authorized Returns Will Be Refused By Amerihood's Receiving Department. All Warranty Claims Must Be Accompanied By A Dated, Legitimate Proof Of Purchase From Amerihood Or One Of Its Authorized Dealers. Warranty Claims For Amerihood Merchandise Purchased From A Amerihood Dealer Or Distributor Must Be Submitted To That Dealer Or Distributor In Accordance To Their Policies And Procedures. It Will Be Up To Amerihood To Replace, Credit Or Repair Said Defective Part.
In The Event Of A Defect In Material Or Workmanship, Amerihood Shall Not Be Responsible For (A) Actual Or Alleged Installation Labor, Transportation Or Other Incidental Charges; (B) Actual Or Alleged Consequential Or Other Damages Incurred By Use Of Amerihood Products; (C) Injury Or Any Damages Arising Directly Or Indirectly From Any Defects In Its' Goods, Defective Or Otherwise. You Have Specific Legal Rights With This Warranty And May Also Have Special Rights That Vary From State To State.
Carbon Fiber Hoods ARE NOT Covered, Sold As Is Due to Complicity Nature Of The Product.
Hood Pins Are Required Due To The Nature Of Being Aftermarket Parts NOT OEM Parts. Amerihood Will Not Be Liable For Any Damages Or Possible Injuries Caused By Not Properly Using Hood Pins.
All Our Hoods Are Designed To Fit Unmodified Engine/Engine Bay. Fitment Is Not Covered Under This Warranty If Engine/Engine Bay Is Modified.
