Shipping Info
Item can only be shipped to the billing address. Make sure your address info is correct before checkout. Shipment is transported via LTL freight truck. It needs more transit time than USPS, UPS or FedEx. Transit time can take up to 14 or more business days from California. Especially for remote and rural area, and during holiday or bad weather. This item cannot be shipped to P.O.Box address. Trucking company does not offer such service. Make sure you provide us with your current phone number. Trucking company needs to call you for delivery appointment when the package arrived at your local terminal. All shipments must be inspected upon delivery even if the box looks undamaged from the outside. Do not sign until you inspect item(s). Note any damage(s) on the receipt with the presence of the truck driver when signing and contact us within 24 hours of receiving. Make sure you refuse delivery if the item is damaged. We will then file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Failure to inspect and sign "damaged" on arrival will forfeit your insurance claim.( no exceptions!!!)
